Terms of service

These terms are a starting template and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before use.

The service

World Wide Education Services LLC provides online mathematics instruction, test preparation and an online portal for lessons, homework, assessments, communication and billing.

Accounts

  • Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Students under 18 should use the service with the knowledge of a parent or guardian; students under 13 require verified parental consent.
  • Do not access, or attempt to access, information that belongs to other users.

Academic integrity

Submitted work must be the student's own unless collaboration is permitted. Online assessments are designed for learning and practice; no online test can be made completely secure.

No score guarantee

Instruction is provided in good faith, but no specific grade or test-score outcome is guaranteed. Practice scores are estimates and are not official College Board scores.

Tuition and cancellations

Tuition, payment due dates and any cancellation or refund terms are set out on your invoice or enrollment agreement.

Content

Lesson materials are provided for the enrolled student's personal use and may not be redistributed.
