Frequently asked questions
›Who are lessons for?
Middle-school and high-school students, and students preparing for the SAT or PSAT Math sections.
›Are lessons in person?
No. All lessons are online over video, with a shared whiteboard for working through problems together.
›How is homework submitted?
In the portal: students type answers, enter mathematical expressions, or upload photos and PDFs of handwritten work. Several pages can be uploaded for one assignment.
›Can parents see progress?
Yes. A parent or guardian account linked to the student shows attendance, homework status, grades, practice-test trends, invoices and messages.
›Do you guarantee a score increase?
No. Every student starts from a different place. We set realistic targets after a diagnostic and track progress honestly.
›Are practice scores official?
No. Practice test results in the portal are internal estimates. Official scores come only from the College Board.
›What happens if we miss a lesson?
Contact the professor as early as possible. Make-up sessions can be scheduled when available.
›How do payments work?
Invoices appear in the parent's portal. Payment options are listed on each invoice.
›Is my child's information private?
Yes. Students see only their own work; parents see only their linked children; access is restricted by role. See the Privacy Policy for details.
